In Scott's spare time, he enjoys making his own wine and home-brewed craft beer, cooking, travel, learning foreign languages, and history. He and his wife have participated in Wreaths Across America 2014 & 2019, and was a volunteer with Operation Rodger Pet Transport from 2009 - 2013. He is an avid fan of the Baltimore Ravens and Orioles. Currently, he is conducting research on Carl von Clausewitz and how his theories of grand strategy can be used for modern warfare and logistics.
